Strand Cleaning Services go visit
Strand, a London based office cleaning company required a website to follow on from the CD I produced for them. The website had a similar design to the CD with a Macromedia Flash animated menu. This was achieved by taking small thumbnails from key points in the video and using flash to fade between them in time to the audio.
• a database driven careers page.

1st March 2004: Added the OCS project at the top, and updated my "Software experience in more detail" on the right to include Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and the Processing Java Language
4th Feb 2004: Created online custom quiz for the company I work for. Have a go and test your mates/loved ones. The code is all my own work with the icons been provided by a co-worker.
12th Dec 2003: Long time since I updated this page. Made another game for Christmas The code is all my own work but the graphics of the planes/helicopters/UFO's! was provided by a co-worker.
22nd Jan 2003: Making leaps and bounds with MySQL. I have now finished migrating the website stats site to MySQL and have taken this opportunity to increase the number of things it tracks, which now includes language and country of the visitor, the path the visitor takes through the site and the average time spent on each page.
16th Jan 2003: I am currently in the process of
developing websites using MySQL server databases and moving away from Access
database driven websites. I am now confident in the operation of MySQL and In my
spare time I am also learning PHP and run a apache server for this purpose. I am
also developing 3D game levels using GTK for Quake 3
and UT2003ED for UT 2003.
20th Dec 2002: Inspired by the doodles at www.creaturesinmyhead.com I am now
also making several high and low poly models based on these 2D
characters.
18th Oct 2002: I've started learning flash
actionscript as the latest incarnation of flash (MX) is by far more powerful
than previous versions. I look forward to integrating my flash apps with
director and the release of director MX with full flash MX support. To kick off I created this game for christmas 2002.
